April Lunch and Learn

What to expect:

An interactive workshop between YOU and  Waubonsee Community College and community partners.
 

You will learn about:

• Waubonsee’s role in the community, including academic programs, workforce development, lifelong learning, and community-based resources that support residents and employers.
• How Waubonsee collaborates with local nonprofits, chambers, schools, municipalities, and park districts.
• Waubonsee’s Strategic Plan, priorities and initiatives guiding the college’s future—and how community partnerships are essential to achieving them.

Test Questions:

Come prepared to: (This is the cheating part) 

• Share needs, and ideas that Waubonsee needs to know.
• Identify opportunities to engage and partner, including education and training pathways, joint programs, volunteer initiatives, events, and cross-sector projects.
• Build relationships with Waubonsee staff and fellow community leaders in a welcoming, dialogue-driven environment focused on collaboration and collective impact.

Who should come:

• Representatives of local organizations, people who serve in a civic role and/ or support community initiatives, or people who simply care about life and work in the Sandwich area!,
